Rhonda Piña, a second-generation Tucsonan, worked in the banking industry for 29 years. Her career with Wells Fargo Bank encompassed working as a senior business relationship manager in commercial banking services, a branch manager for the Oro Valley location at First Avenue and Oracle, followed by facilitating the opening of the Tangerine and First Avenue branch location.

Prior to joining Wells Fargo Bank, Rhonda was employed by Bank of America. She held positions in branch management, consumer and business banking—most notably for the Tucson district office generating new business customers and training team members in markets ranging from the northern to southern regions of Arizona.

Rhonda has previously served on a broad range of community organizations, including board of director positions for the Greater Oro Valley Arts Council (now known as the Southern Arizona Arts and Cultural Alliance), Oro Valley Rotary and the Northern Pima County Chamber of Commerce (now called the Greater Oro Valley Chamber of Commerce).

Rhonda and her husband Raul, a civil engineer, enjoy playing golf and tennis and taking neighborhood walks with their rescue dog Lucy.
