Amphi Foundation Funding Request Application

Please note: If you are notified that your project has been approved for funding by the Amphi Foundation, there are three ways to receive that funding.

1. You can purchase the items listed on your grant at your own expense and submit receipts electronically to the Amphi Foundation office. Receipts must reflect the items approved and may not exceed the dollar amount approved. We will provide a reimbursement check directly to you. We anticipate mailing checks within 2 weeks after your receipts are received and reviewed.
2. You can create an online wish list or cart and share it with the Amphi Foundation office. We will purchase the items on your behalf and have them shipped directly to your school.
3. Funds can be deposited to your school's 530-Gifts & Donations account or an approved Club account. You will work with your school's Admin Assistant or Bookstore Manager to access the funds and follow the district procurement guidelines.
